As a postpartum doula I provide non-medical physical, emotional and informational support to families during the ‘fourth trimester’. My care focuses on the mental, emotional and physical support of the newly postpartum person, newborn care and light household support. I offer both daytime and overnight support to the Eagle Mountain and surrounding areas.
